Our story
IMPACT didn't start as a business plan. It started as a frustration with how most real estate teams operate, high splits, low support, no real coaching, and a community that disappears the moment a check clears.
Shelley helped build LePage Johnson Realty Group into a $123M+ operation in the Charlotte / Lake Norman market. Along the way, she realized the agents she attracted weren't just looking for leads, they were looking for a room. People who would push them, teach them, and want them to win.
